For those who were there it was a fantastic show both to be part of and visit, for those of you who wern't there WHY NOT, you missed a classic 1940s show, the Spitfire and Hurricane flypasts on Saturday were exceeded only by the wonderful vehicles and marvelous 1940s singers and music. A big thank you to James Shopland and his hard working team for a truely memerable show, can't wail until 2015

After a quiet start to our 2014 season we landed on Southsea Commen in a violent thunder storm, heavy rain and lightening, not a good start to the day, how wrong we were, 20 minutes later its 70 degrees and brillient sunshine, our portraial of a Glider Pilot Regiment captain and a Royal Navy nurse were well received by all those in the crowd who we spoke to, and we look forward to our next outing at the Dig For Victory 1940s show at Wraxall, Nth Somerset 5/6 July 2014.
